Easter Lamb Festival - The Gold of Favara

The 2025 Edition (XXVII)

From May 9 to 11, 2025, Favara hosted the twenty-seventh edition of the Easter Lamb Festival, organized by the Municipality of Favara through the Department of Productive Activities in collaboration with the DMO - Valley of the Temples Tourist District.

For three days, Piazza Cavour and the most iconic places of the town served as a backdrop for a rich calendar: moments of music and entertainment, thematic meetings, masterclasses dedicated to traditional pastry, tastings of typical dishes, and activities designed for all ages, highlighting the city's signature dessert, the almond paste lamb filled with pistachio.

The edition was part of a broader strategy to promote the product, which was also presented at the International Tourism Exchange in Milan and in initiatives abroad, supporting the name of Favara, Agrigento, and the Valley of the Temples.
