2025 Early Summer Dinner
The 2025 edition took place on Saturday, June 21, on the day of the solstice, with the long banquet table set along Corso Duca Luigi in the historic center of Gallese (province of Viterbo, Lazio).
The fixed menu proposed by the Pro Loco of Gallese APS included a local appetizer, pasta with zucchini and guanciale, porchetta, roasted potatoes, salad, and tiramisu, with water, wine, and coffee included in the fee.
- Non-members: €20
- Pro Loco members: €18
- Children up to 10 years old: €12
Reservations closed on June 17, 2025, and were collected at Edicolandia, Tabaccheria Bartola, Bar La Piazzetta, and Mini Market Latini Cristian with a €10 deposit, or online via the association's store with full payment.
