È la Via dell'Orto

The 2025 edition, the fourteenth, confirmed the two-day formula of immersion in the world of agriculture and local food and wine. Along the streets of the historic center of Camaiore, stalls of vegetable plants, seeds, herbs, and tools were accompanied by the promotion of the territory's agricultural and gastronomic excellence.

The heart of the event was the large Orto-Talk in Piazza XXIX Maggio, with chef Cristiano Tomei sharing anecdotes and curiosities about the vegetable world in the kitchen, alongside many guest chefs from all over Italy. The main theme of the edition was the onion. The Creative Gardens contest, open to schools and citizens, was confirmed, as was the Garden workshop area in the impluvium of Palazzo Tori-Massoni, dedicated to botany and floriculture.
