Dosson di Casier Late Red Chicory Festival

The 2025 edition of the Dosson di Casier Late Red Chicory Festival confirmed the established format of the event: over several weekends between January and February, in the Via Peschiere area, the free-access food stand and the reservation-only restaurant offered menus entirely dedicated to the Late Red Chicory of Treviso IGP. Organized by the Dosson Red Chicory Producers Association, the festival attracted enthusiasts and gourmets from all over the Marca Trevigiana to Casier.

As per tradition, the 2025 edition was spread over several weekends between January and February, with a free-access food stand and a restaurant by reservation, both featuring menus based on Late Red Chicory of Treviso IGP.
