Edition 2025 — Domenico Tauro Fiorone Festival

The 2025 edition of the Domenico Tauro Fiorone Festival confirmed Terlizzi as the capital of its signature fig. In the historic center, between Piazza Cavour and the exhibition spaces, moments of agronomic enhancement, tastings, showcooking, and festive evenings alternated, bringing together agricultural cooperatives, associations, and local operators around the Domenico Tauro.

2025 Edition

The 2025 Domenico Tauro Fiorone Festival renewed Terlizzi's summer appointment with its native fig, the protagonist of local peasant culture. In this edition too, the event intertwined the technical dimension — with in-depth studies dedicated to the cultivation and enhancement of the fruit — and the convivial one, with tastings of fiorone-based specialties, showcooking, activities for families, and live music. The event reaffirmed the role of the Domenico Tauro as an identity symbol of the Terlizzi community, in Puglia, and as a driver of a territorial promotion project supported by the Municipality, the Pro Loco, and local agricultural entities.
