Edition 2025 — Dolci Terre di Primavera
The second edition of Dolci Terre di Primavera was held in the historic center of Novi Ligure from May 16th to 18th, 2025, transforming the city into a vast open-air food and wine fair. The spaces were organized into thematic areas: the De.Co. Gallery on Via Girardengo, dedicated to local municipal designations (including Grissini Mersoni from Serravalle Scrivia and Salame Greco Dolce from Borghetto Borbera); Flavors from the World in Piazza Dellepiane, featuring national and international cuisines; and the flavors of Piedmont and Liguria in Piazza Carenzi, with farinata, fried fish, and street-style Montebore cheese. Corso Marenco hosted a kids' area with a mini funfair, while Piazza Dellepiane hosted evening concerts: one on Friday, two on Saturday, and one on Sunday.
