Dolce Termini 2025
The fourth edition of Dolce Termini was held on Sunday, November 30, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, in the commercial area of Termini Imerese, along Corso Umberto e Margherita. The pre-Christmas evening brought together master pastry chefs' stalls with tastings of artisanal panettone and Sicilian sweets, accompanied by music and family entertainment.
The highlight was the third edition of Panettone d'Autore, the competition by the FlexUp collective dedicated to contemporary Sicilian pastry. The official contest, held from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM, led to the crowning of the Best Panettone d'Autore 2025 and the awarding of the Best Packaging Prize, with a jury composed of Mauro Lo Faso, Nino Ferreri, and Valentina Laudicina.
