Edition 2025 — DiVinOlio
During the summer of 2025, Tocco da Casauria once again enlivened its historic center with events dedicated to local wine and oil, honoring its dual status as a City of Wine and City of Oil. The food and wine evenings in the Pescara village featured tastings of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and Aprutino Pescarese PDO oil, alongside traditional peasant dishes from the Casauria valley.
In the summer of 2025, the village of Tocco da Casauria, in the province of Pescara, continued its tradition of events dedicated to the region's gastronomic excellence: Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wine and Aprutino Pescarese PDO extra virgin olive oil.
The evenings involved local wineries, olive mills, and producers, featuring tastings and traditional cuisine, confirming the town's role as a benchmark for wine and oil culture in the Pescara River valley, at the foot of the Majella mountains.
