Edition 2025 — DiVinNosiola
DiVinNosiola 2025 — the 15th edition
The fifteenth edition of DiVinNosiola was held from April 12 to 26, 2025, enlivening the entire Valle dei Laghi with tastings, walks, and traditional rituals dedicated to Nosiola and Vino Santo Trentino DOC.
The calendar kicked off on April 12 with the pressing ritual and the 'Arte in Vigna — Wine & Music' event at the Pisoni farm in Pergolese. On April 13, on the shores of Lake Cavedine, the Slow Food Truck offered 'Among the wild herbs to discover Nosiola' with botanist Stefano Mayr and chef Paolo Betti. The event also featured masterclasses at Palazzo Roccabruna in Trento, ethnographic walks at Casa Caveau in Padergnone, and musical performances by the Valle dei Laghi Choir.
The heart of the event was the Nosiola Express on April 21 and 26: the tourist train departing from Sarche to visit six wineries and the castles of Toblino and Madruzzo, with 'winery to winery' tastings at Giovanni Poli, Maxentia, Pravis, F.lli Pisoni, and Pedrotti.
