Edition 2025 — Diversity Day Rome

In 2025, Diversity Day Rome once again brought its day dedicated to professional inclusion for people with disabilities and protected categories to the capital. The now-established format connected candidates and companies directly through in-person interviews, information desks on disability services, and career guidance activities, in collaboration with Sapienza University of Rome and local associations.

The 2025 edition of Diversity Day Rome renewed the capital's annual appointment with the theme of professional inclusion. As every year, the day brought together in the Municipality of Rome, in Lazio, companies looking for qualified profiles, organizations and associations working on disability issues, and individuals registered under the Law 68/99 protected categories.

The heart of the event remained direct contact: CV submission, interviews with recruiters, information on available services, and support in preparing for the job search. The 2025 edition thus paved the way for the 2026 edition, which was held on June 17 at the Marco Polo Building of Sapienza in the San Lorenzo district, confirming the growth of a format born to break down barriers between disability and the world of work.
