Edition 2025 — Dispensa dell'Alpe

The 2025 edition of Dispensa dell'Alpe took place from October 31 to November 2 at PalaFolgaria in Folgaria, on the Alpe Cimbra. Three days featuring over 60 stalls of mountain products and crafts, the Slow Food Earth Market, tastings, workshops for children, and food and wine trekking, opening on Friday with the round table "The Taste of Places."

Dispensa dell'Alpe 2025

The 2025 edition of Dispensa dell'Alpe was held at PalaFolgaria in Folgaria (Trentino) from Friday, October 31, to Sunday, November 2. On Friday afternoon, the event opened with the round table "The Taste of Places," dedicated to promoting local products in tourism.

Over the weekend, more than 60 stalls of farms and artisans enlivened the venue alongside the Slow Food Earth Market. Offerings included: tastings of local specialties, "Hands in the Dough" workshops for children, producer storytelling, goat trekking, cycling tours with tastings, and autumn foliage excursions towards the Forra del Lupo.
