Edition 2025 — Morricone in Gorfigliano

The previous edition of Discovering Morricone confirmed the winning formula of the open-air concert event in Gorfigliano: the tribute to the genius of Ennio Morricone, performed live by an orchestra in the mountain setting of Upper Garfagnana, with the sunset over Mount Pisanino acting as a natural backdrop. A free event included in the regional festival Toscana Arcobaleno d'Estate, capable of attracting music enthusiasts and tourists to the villages of the Municipality of Minucciano.

In its previous edition as well, Discovering Morricone brought the great music of the Roman composer to Gorfigliano, a village in Minucciano (LU), in an open-air concert with free admission. The event, part of the regional festival Toscana Arcobaleno d'Estate, confirmed the strong bond between live performance and the enhancement of the Garfagnana territory, choosing the natural setting at the foot of the Apuan Alps and Mount Pisanino. The public success laid the foundation for the third edition in 2026.
