Diospyros Festival (Persimmon Festival)

The Diospyros Festival edition brought back to Misilmeri the formula that ensured the success of the persimmon festival: three evenings in Piazza Comitato 1860 featuring cooking shows, tastings of innovative persimmon-based recipes, Sicilian street food, stands of local products, and live entertainment. The event, organized by the Municipality of Misilmeri with the support of the Sicilian Region, confirmed the role of the persimmon as a signature product of the territory, enhancing its supply chain with the participation of local producers, restaurateurs, and operators.
