Diorama Festival 2025 — the fifth edition at the Hermitage

On Sunday, May 25, 2025, the Diorama Festival inaugurated its fifth edition at the Eremo di Santo Spirito a Maiella, in Roccamorice, within the Majella National Park. A free day starting from 9:00 AM, designed to enhance the natural and spiritual beauty of the site.

From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the Hermitage hosted live sound performances by Atabasca, Loufromspace, and ZenSu, which blended with the landscape and the spirituality of the place. The project The Patience of Water, the Boredom of Stone, curated by Maurizio Coccia, enriched the day with installations designed for the natural space: works by Francesca Chiola, Sara Dias, and Satya Forte, inspired by the mythical figure of the mermaid. The talks, curated by Valentina Toscano, involved Maurizio Coccia, Michele Trimarchi, and Luca Romagnoli in discussions on art, landscape, and culture.

From 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the Belvedere of Roccamorice became a natural stage for DJ sets by Loufromspace and ZenSu, with a community dinner by reservation. A free shuttle service connected the village to the Hermitage throughout the day.
