Edition 2025 — Dinosaur Exhibition

The Dinosaur exhibition opened its doors on February 14, 2025, at the Natural History Museum of the University of Pisa, in the Certosa di Calci. Inaugurated with a lecture by paleontologist Cristiano Dal Sasso dedicated to spinosaurs, the exhibition brought over twenty life-sized models of the great Mesozoic reptiles, achieving such success that it was extended into 2026.

Inaugurated on February 14, 2025, the temporary exhibition Dinosauri transformed the halls of the Natural History Museum of the University of Pisa, in the Certosa di Calci, into a journey through the Mesozoic. The opening day was accompanied by a lecture by Dr. Cristiano Dal Sasso titled "Spinosauri, i dinosauri pescatori" (Spinosaurus, the fishing dinosaurs), streamed on Facebook and YouTube.

Curated by Naturaliter, the exhibition presented over twenty life-sized models, static and dynamic, including the Spinosaurus, Oviraptor, Therizinosaurus, and an animated Tyrannosaurus rex. The large influx of families, schools, and enthusiasts recorded throughout 2025 led the organizers to extend the exhibition until August 31, 2026.
