Edition 2025 — Dine, Wine & Music

The 2025 edition of Dine, Wine & Music took place on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, in Piazza Duomo, Bressanone, starting at 6:00 PM. Local restaurateurs served traditional South Tyrolean meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes with a creative twist, paired with Isarco Valley white wines, accompanied by live music all evening long.

The 2025 edition, held in Piazza Duomo in Bressanone on August 6 from 6:00 PM, confirmed the formula loved by the public: haute cuisine from Bressanone's chefs, featuring meat, fish, and vegetarian options, paired with white wines from the Isarco Valley, celebrated for their native varieties.

The musical program featured a lounge-style opening by Aux Habibi's (Arno Parmeggiani), followed from 8:00 PM by the band Buron, from the German Allgäu region, with a repertoire of rock, funk, blues, and pop. The 2025 edition also maintained its GreenEvent certification, focusing on local products, reusable tableware, and sustainable mobility incentives. The event was organized by local restaurateurs with HGV and Bressanone Tourism.
