Edition 2025 — Diamanti a Tavola
The sixth March edition of Diamanti a Tavola, dedicated to the Prized Black Truffle, took place in Amandola on March 8 and 9, 2025. In the historic center, the Collegiata hosted the cooking stations of ASSAM and ATAM with typical Amandola products and a craft market, while the Palatuber was the domain of chef Davide Camaioni, honored by the City of Amandola and ATAM for his work in promoting truffles. The program included truffle hunting excursions, conferences, exhibitions, workshops for children, and a walk dedicated to female figures in Amandola's art. In that edition, the project for the Truffle Museum was also relaunched.
