Diamante Nero - Black Truffle Market Exhibition of Scheggino

The 2025 edition of Diamante Nero confirmed the village of Scheggino, in the province of Perugia, as the spring capital of the black truffle of the Valnerina. The event, part of the National Association of Truffle Towns circuit, offered food and wine stands, show cooking with renowned chefs, guided truffle hunts with truffle hunters, workshops, exhibitions, and performances, leading up to the most anticipated moment: the spectacular record-breaking omelette in Piazza Carlo Urbani, always a symbol of the event.

The program for the 2025 edition followed the established structure: inauguration with a musical band and opening of the stands, guided truffle hunts, show cooking, workshops, art exhibitions, and theatrical performances, concluding with the record-breaking omelette in Piazza Carlo Urbani.
