Diabetes Marathon

The 12th Edition

On Sunday, April 6, 2025, Forlì hosted the twelfth edition of the Diabetes Marathon, with the meeting at 9:00 AM in Piazza Saffi and the start at 9:30 AM. Over 3,000 participants, including athletes, walkers, and families, traversed the green areas of the city parks, participating in both the competitive race and the recreational routes.

In the 10 km competitive UISP race, Riccardo Sintoni won among the men (33'43"), followed by Fabio Pagliai and Gabriele Perugini; among the women, Maria Rosaria Valente triumphed (40'01"), ahead of Celeste Ferrini and Nicoletta Valdinoci. Thanks to the participants, volunteers, and partner companies, the edition raised approximately €45,000 to support Diabete Romagna's projects.
