Di Sörì in Sörì

The 25th edition of Di Sörì in Sörì was held on Sunday, October 19, 2025, in Diano d'Alba, in the Langhe. The walk featured the usual six-stage route through the vineyards, with departures divided into several time slots (from 10:30 AM onwards) to manage the flow of participants.

Along the trail, walkers met the producers of the I Sörì di Diano Association: cured meats from Savigliano Fratelli, Fassone beef tartare and Piedmontese vegetables from Veglio Giovanni e Figli, risotto with Diano d'Alba DOCG and sausage from Angelo Colla, veal morsels with carrots from Aimasso Fratelli, a trio of cheeses from Abrigo Fratelli, and finally the traditional bunet at the Cantina Comunale I Sörì. At each stage, there were tastings of Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba DOCG, Barbera d'Alba, Nebbiolo d'Alba, Barolo, and local white wines. The full-price ticket was 60 euros (25 euros for the reduced rate), with time slots selling out quickly.
