Desio's Colourful Carnival

Desio in Maschera is the Carnival celebration that enlivens Piazza Conciliazione, in the centre of Desio (province of Monza and Brianza). An afternoon dedicated to children and families, designed to fill the square "with a thousand colours" with masks, music, and entertainment, in true carnival spirit.

DJ Set, Baby Dance, and Masks

The programme alternates the moments most loved by the little ones: it starts with the DJ set featuring cartoon theme songs, continues with the Baby Dance animated by local youth group animators, and culminates in the highlight, the election of the most beautiful mask, divided into three categories — single, couple, and group. An opportunity to get involved with imaginative costumes and enjoy the square with joy.

A Community Celebration

Desio in Maschera is organized by the municipal administration together with the "Desio nel Cuore" association and the pastoral community, confirming the communal and popular nature of the event.
