Delia Medievale

The second edition of Delia Medievale was held on September 6 and 7, 2025, in the medieval park of approximately four hectares set up around the castle of Delia, in the province of Caltanissetta.

The days began at 5:00 PM with access to the park and historical pageants featuring drums and horses. Saturday saw a succession of dances, combat displays, falconry demonstrations, equestrian shows, and fire shows, culminating in the evening concert by the Compagnia La Giostra. On Sunday, after the performances by flag-wavers and drummers and the falconry, the "Dialogue with History" dedicated to the era of the Sicilian Vespers was held, concluding in the evening with equestrian shows, fire performances, and the musical "La bella castellana".

Organized by the Associazione Folklore Petiliano with the Municipality of Delia, the Pro Loco, and the support of the Sicilian Region and local entities, the event recorded a large public turnout and was broadcast live on Rete Chiara, consolidating its role as a major event for central Sicily.
