Degustarte

On August 17, 2025, Degustarte returned to animate San Martino Valle Caudina, in the heart of the Irpinian Valle Caudina, with an evening entirely dedicated to the flavors of the territory. The proposal, curated by chef Mirko Balzano, was described as a food and wine journey: a tasting path designed to tell the story of the area's typical products through careful and contemporary cuisine.

The event was included in the Municipality's summer program, a month of August built — as emphasized by the administration — on the contribution of the numerous local associations. The same calendar featured the concert dedicated to Elsa Morante and Pier Paolo Pasolini at the Castello della Duchessa, the historical re-enactment of the Castellana with the procession through the historic center, the Emigrant's Festival, and the Feast of Santa Maria Regina della Pace at the end of the month.
