Deguscanno 2025

From November 7 to 10, 2025, the village of Scanno, in the province of L'Aquila, became the capital of Abruzzo's food and wine. The edition offered food and wine tours and tastings of local products among the cellars and entrances of historic palaces, cooking classes with dishes prepared to take home, traditional themed menus, and pairings with local wines.

Alongside the dining experience, the program offered scenic trekking and guided tours through the autumn landscapes around Scanno, as well as historical visits through the alleys and monuments of the village. The event closed on November 10 with the Glorie di San Martino, the fire ritual where large piles of wood are lit at sunset, in an atmosphere of celebration, conviviality, and hospitality.
