Edition 2025 — Decontra Patronal Feast

In 2025, the village of Decontra, in the municipality of Scafa (PE), once again celebrated its Patronal Feast in June in honor of its patron saints. As per tradition, the program combined religious elements—processions and celebrations—with secular ones, including musical evenings, entertainment, and food stalls in Piazza Di Paolo Rosario, the gathering point for the entire community.

The 2025 edition of the Decontra Patronal Feast confirmed the deep bond between the small village of Scafa and its traditions. In June, the community gathered in Piazza Di Paolo Rosario to honor the patron saints with religious celebrations and a procession, followed by festive moments: live music, entertainment, and food stalls with typical Abruzzese dishes. A popular event that, year after year, attracts residents and visitors from neighboring towns in the Val Pescara, in an atmosphere of simple and genuine hospitality.
