Edition 2025 — De Cecco Pasta Festival

The 34th edition of the De Cecco Pasta Festival took place on August 16 and 17, 2025, in Piazza Municipio in Fara San Martino, organized by the Pro Loco APS with the patronage of the Municipality. Two days of food stalls, live music, and the Scarpinata Farese hike through the trails of the Majella, with free admission, featuring the collaboration of the chefs of Villa Santa Maria and the support of the De Cecco pasta factory.

The 34th edition

On August 16 and 17, 2025, Fara San Martino hosted the 34th edition of the De Cecco Pasta Festival in Piazza Municipio. The food stalls, open from noon, offered local pasta in its many shapes, dressed with traditional Abruzzese sauces and prepared in collaboration with the renowned chefs of Villa Santa Maria.

The two evenings were enlivened by live music: on Saturday, August 16, the band Secondo Livello took the stage (8:30 PM), while Sunday, August 17, featured L'Ottava Meraviglia, performing in a double session at 12:30 PM and 8:30 PM. Sunday also saw the Scarpinata Farese, the non-competitive walk in the Majella National Park. Admission to the event was free and open to all.
