Edition 2025 — Danzare per Includere
The first cycle, in 2025
With the publication of the Roma Creativa 365 rankings in the summer of 2025, the Parkin Zone APS project secured the support of Roma Capitale and launched its first cycle of events in Rome.
The proposal is the same that will characterize 2026: weekly performance dance sessions, free and open to all, conducted according to the Dance Well – movement research for Parkinson protocol and hosted in two iconic locations of the capital, the National Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia and the Colosseum Archaeological Park.
The focus is particularly on people with Parkinson's disease, neurological conditions, and disabilities, without creating a separate class: anyone can participate, and that is the very meaning of the title. From the first year, the association provided a free shuttle service to ensure access for those with mobility difficulties.
