Edition 2025 — Dandelion Fair

In 2025, the Dandelion Fair debuted in Conco di Lusiana Conco, in Piazza San Marco, dedicating a spring morning to the wild herb that is a symbol of the area. A market of local products, in-depth discussions, and cultural initiatives inaugurated an event designed to promote the De.Co. dandelion of Conco and the biodiversity of the Asiago Plateau.

The 2025 edition, the first of the Dandelion Fair, marked the debut of the event in Conco di Lusiana Conco, in Piazza San Marco.

The fair featured a market of local artisanal and agri-food products and in-depth sessions dedicated to the dandelion, the wild herb that has become an identity product in Conco. A first event designed to promote the biodiversity and flavors of the Asiago Plateau, in connection with the De.Co. dandelion gastronomic review.

Programme

The first edition in 2025 included, on a spring morning in Piazza San Marco in Conco, a market of local artisanal and agri-food products and in-depth sessions dedicated to the dandelion, in connection with the broader initiative to promote the De.Co. dandelion of Conco.
