Cutigliano Mycological Festival

The 2025 Cutigliano Mycological Festival was held on Sunday, October 5, in the village of the Pistoia Mountains, with a program that enlivened the entire day. From 10:00 AM, the mycological exhibition at the Palazzo dei Capitani, curated by the Pistoia Mycological Association, opened its doors, alongside markets featuring local products and crafts along the village streets.

From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, the grand mushroom-themed gastronomic tour took place, with dishes offered at various spots in the village. In the afternoon, at 4:00 PM, there was space for the little ones with autumn workshops, featuring readings and hands-on activities for children aged 3 and up, while at 5:00 PM, the awards ceremony for the most creative basket was held at the Palazzo dei Capitani. A day that, in Cutigliano, confirmed the vocation of the Apennine Tuscany for the flavors and traditions of the forest.
