Edition 2025 — Cupra Musica Festival
Cupra Musica Festival 2025
Among the most successful events of the 2025 edition of the Cupra Musica Festival in Cupra Marittima is the evening of Thursday, July 17th, at Villa Cellini, featuring Franz Lehár's operetta The Merry Widow, performed by the company Incontri d'Opera. This was the company's fourth participation in the festival.
The performance, welcomed by over 250 spectators, starred soprano Patrizia Perozzi, tenors Tommaso Mangifesta and Carlo Giacchetta, and baritone Davide Bartolucci, accompanied at the piano by Davide Martelli and dancers Tommaso Clementi and Valentina Sopranzi. Paolo Santarelli's narrations immersed the audience in the atmosphere of Belle Époque Paris. The festival continued on Wednesday, July 30th, with an event at Villa Boccabianca.
