Edition 2025 — Cucina Romana Festival

In 2025, the Cucina Romana Festival once again brought the great Roman gastronomic tradition to Bellinzago Novarese, featuring the historic challenge between carbonara and cacio e pepe. With fresh pasta, carciofi alla giudia, porchetta, fried foods, and live music, the Area Scuole on Via Vescovo Bovio welcomed families and food lovers for a weekend of free-entry festivities.

The 2025 edition of the Cucina Romana Festival confirmed the appointment with Roman cuisine in Bellinzago Novarese, in the province of Novara. Curated by Italia On The Road - Cibo Da Strada together with the local council, the event featured the challenge between carbonara and cacio e pepe, alongside carciofi alla giudia, porchetta and sausage sandwiches, and traditional Roman fried foods.

As per tradition, the street food was accompanied by evenings of live music, with outdoor tables and takeaway service, in a convivial, free-entry atmosphere that enlivened the town center.
