Creativamente Roero in Govone

The seventh edition 'In Agriculture'

On Saturday, May 17, 2025, in the Hall of Honour of the Royal Castle of Govone, the seventh edition of Creativamente Roero addressed the theme of agriculture from various perspectives. The artists invited for the residency were Bruno Meloni, Marguerite Kahrl, Laura Ambrosi, and Carlo Gloria, hosted in the municipalities of Cisterna d'Asti, Piobesi d'Alba, Priocca, and San Martino Alfieri.

The travelling festival on May 25

On Sunday, May 25, the concluding inauguration event for the works took place, a travelling festival among the involved municipalities, which retained the artists' works as permanent installations. In the afternoon, the ceremony for the delivery of the Creativamente Roero flags to the mayors and administrators of the municipalities was held, followed by the screening of the short film 'Donne e uomini con la passione per la terra' by Lina Campanelli and the documentary 'L'amore e la cura' by Joseph Péaquin (Italy 2021, 52'), curated by the National Cinema Museum of Turin and the CinemAmbiente Festival.
