Cous Cous Fest 2025: Ten days of flavors and music
The 2025 edition of the Cous Cous Fest, the twenty-seventh, was held in San Vito Lo Capo from September 19th to 28th, 2025. The heart of the event was the Bia Cous Cous World Championship, with chefs from Portugal, Morocco, the Philippines, Tunisia, Italy, Peru, and Spain competing before an international jury, alongside the Campionato Italiano Conad.
The beach stage hosted high-profile free concerts: RAF, Shakalab, Serena Brancale, Fedez, Gemelli Diversi, Mario Incudine, and Anna Castiglia, as well as a show by Claudio Casisa. The 'Case del Cous Cous' offered over twenty recipes from around the world, while the Expo Village brought together more than fifty exhibitors. Numerous cooking shows also took place at the Bia Theatre in Piazza Santuario, featuring chefs such as Filippo La Mantia.
