Cortili in Musica is the chamber music festival by I Solisti di Pavia, the ensemble founded by Enrico Dindo which is one of the city of Pavia's musical prides, the capital of its province in Lombardy. The event takes place every spring, between May and June, and aims to bring chamber music to the most evocative locations of the city's historical heritage.

Concerts in the places of history

The common thread of the festival is the link between music, architecture and community: the concerts are held in the courtyards of ancient colleges and in the historic palaces of Pavia, such as Collegio Cairoli, Almo Collegio Borromeo and Palazzo Malaspina. Playing in these spaces, rich with centuries of university and noble history, offers a unique experience, where the beauty of the places enhances that of the music.

A varied and refined program

The programme alternates different repertoires: from Mitteleuropean opera and operetta to string serenades, from chamber virtuosity to the masterpiece of Vivaldi's Four Seasons.
