Cortona Comics

The 2025 edition of Cortona Comics, the third, was held from May 31st to June 2nd in the historic center of Cortona, in the province of Arezzo, with its main venue at the Sant'Agostino convention center on Via Guelfa. Opening hours were from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM; tickets were €5 full price and €3 reduced.

Highlights included three curated exhibitions: "The Queen of Humor" curated by Silvia Ziche in the festival auditorium, "Chronicles of Arda" by Umberto Sacchelli at Palazzo Ferretti, and "Comics in Opera, from Pencils to Color" by Michela Frare at the MAEC. The program introduced fixed hourly formats, comic workshops for younger children led by Mariateresa Conte, and sessions for older students with Teresa Cherubini and Francesca Romana Torre, alongside thematic gastronomic moments such as the "Aperitivo in Nero," "Cittino Gourmet," and "Gin Comics."
