Edition 2025 — Corri Veglie

The second edition of Corri Veglie took place on Sunday, June 29, 2025, and inaugurated the "Running in Salento Summer" circuit. The 8 km FIDAL competitive race started at 7:00 PM from Piazza Ferrari, with a meeting time of 5:30 PM and a fee that included the race pack. Simultaneously, a 7 km non-competitive fun run was held, starting at 7:15 PM.

The second edition of Corri Veglie, held on June 29, 2025, also marked the first stage of the new summer circuit "Running in Salento Summer". The event, organized by Salento in Corsa Veglie with the FIDAL Provincial Committee of Lecce and the support of the Municipality of Veglie, the Puglia Region, and Puglia2026, brought both registered runners and casual walkers to the streets.

The meeting point was set for 5:30 PM at Piazza Ferrari, the heart of the town: from here, at 7:00 PM, the 8 km FIDAL competitive race started, while at 7:15 PM the 7 km non-competitive fun run began. The registration fee, set at €7.00, included the race pack. This edition consolidated the evening format, appreciated for the cool breeze of the Salento sunset.
