Corri con Gioia 2025: the 10 km edition
The 11th edition of Corri con Gioia, titled Trofeo Gioiella, took place on Sunday, May 11, 2025, in Gioia del Colle, in the province of Bari. The race, starting at 9:00 AM from Via Einaudi at the "P. Capurso" sports hall, was run on a 10 km course that was certified and valid for national FIDAL rankings.
The route crossed the city center, touching Piazza Pinto, Via Roma, Piazza Plebiscito, the historic center, the Norman-Swabian Castle, and the Rossini Municipal Theater, with live musical entertainment along the way. With about 1,400 runners at the start, the event confirmed its status as the most popular road race in the region, attracting sports clubs from all over Puglia and also offering a non-competitive event open to everyone.
