The 15th Correre Galatina

The fifteenth edition of Correre Galatina was held on Sunday, November 30, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM from Piazza Alighieri. The competitive race followed the usual 10 km single-loop course, winding through the city center, the outskirts, and the village of Noha, serving as the final stage of the «Running in Salento» circuit with FIDAL certification.

The race saw high participation from runners across Italy and abroad. The winners were Gabriele Lezzi and Agnese De Luca. Alongside the competition, a 4.5 km non-competitive walk took place, with proceeds donated to charity. At the finish line, athletes enjoyed refreshments and the traditional pasticciotto offered by Galatina's bakers, with nearly a hundred volunteers assisting along the route.
