Edition 2025 — Corpus Domini Infiorata
2025 Infiorata in Scurcola Marsicana
The second edition of the Corpus Domini Infiorata was held in Scurcola Marsicana (AQ) on the occasion of the solemnity of June 21-22, 2025. From 7:30 PM on Saturday and throughout the night, Piazza del Mercato lit up with a grand carpet of petals depicting sacred images.
The event was promoted by the Nuova Pro Loco of Scurcola Marsicana with the collaboration of the four local confraternities — SS. Sacramento, SS. Trinità, San Bernardino da Siena, and Suffragio — together with the municipal AVIS of Scurcola-Cappelle, the 2025 Festival Committee, and the Scurcolandia association. Volunteers and citizens worked together to compose the floral carpet, in a blend of art, faith, and popular participation that animated the center of the Marsican village.
