Corpus Domini Festival

The Corpus Domini Festival 2025 in Carpi was held on the evenings of June 20, 21, 22 and June 27, 28, 29, at the Parish of Corpus Domini in Piazzale Francia. The festival featured specialities of Emilian cuisine — traditional dishes, grilled meats, gnocco and tigelle — in an atmosphere of welcome and friendship typical of parish festivals.

Among the most cherished moments were the evening of June 21 dedicated to games and activities for children and young people, and the solidarity initiative 'Aggiungi un posto a tavola' (seventh edition), with a dinner offered on June 27 to families supported by the Caritas Listening Centre. The parish also featured desserts from 'Sapori di libertà' (Flavours of Freedom), a pastry workshop at Mantua Prison, as a gesture linked to the Jubilee Year. The solemnity of Corpus Domini was celebrated with a solemn Mass and a diocesan procession.
