Edition 2025 — Cornetto and Maritozzo Festival

The 32nd edition of the Cornetto and Maritozzo Festival took place from September 6 to 8, 2025, in Largo Porta Grande in Castellana Grotte, in the province of Bari. Organized by Chantilly Pasticceria, it offered over thirty varieties of cornetti, maritozzi, and brioches, including vegan and lactose-free versions. A great success with the public, with five new pastry creations alongside traditional classics, in a weekend shared with the Chicken Festival and the Caroseno Fair.

Cornetto and Maritozzo Festival 2025: the 32nd edition

From September 6 to 8, 2025, Largo Porta Grande in Castellana Grotte hosted the 32nd edition of the Cornetto and Maritozzo Festival, organized by Chantilly Pasticceria. The event recorded an excellent turnout, confirming itself as one of the most anticipated delicious events of early September in the Bari area.

The protagonists, as always, were over thirty varieties of cornetti, maritozzi, and brioches, with vegan and lactose-free options. The edition presented five new items: two Pan Suisse (chocolate cookie and mango cream) and the Nuvola brioche in Tiramisu, Buena, and Dark versions, alongside classics like the maritozzo with whipped cream and the "Trullo Anniversario".

"There was an excellent turnout; the offer of new products attracts many people," commented pastry chef Piero Netti. The festival took place in conjunction with the Chicken and Rabbit Festival and the Caroseno Fair, in a weekend dedicated to taste and local tradition.

Programme

Three days (September 6-8, 2025) of tasting and sale of artisanal pastries in Largo Porta Grande: over thirty varieties of cornetti, maritozzi, and brioches, with five 2025 novelties (Pan Suisse with chocolate cookie and mango cream; Nuvola brioche in Tiramisu, Buena, and Dark).
