Corali a Loreto

In 2025, Corali a Loreto took on a special dimension, intertwining with the Jubilee of Choirs as part of the Holy Year. The week of sacred and liturgical music opened on July 6 with a series of preparatory concerts, culminating in the gathering of choirs from July 11 to 13.

Among the protagonists were composer and conductor Mons. Marco Frisina, conductor and composer Don Maurizio Lieggi, and musicologist and pianist Chiara Bertoglio. On Saturday, July 12, the Grand Concert of Choirs titled Maria casa del mistero (Mary, house of mystery) was held on the basilica's parvis, involving all participating choristers.

The program also included workshops and liturgical-musical laboratories, rehearsals, and itinerant concerts in Loreto's historic center on Sunday, with a final event of all choirs in Piazza della Madonna. The event was promoted by the Associazione Laudate Dominum in Virgo Maria with the support of the Pontifical Delegation and the Municipality of Loreto.

The most anticipated moments were the Grand Concert of Choirs Maria casa del mistero directed by Mons. Marco Frisina and Don Maurizio Lieggi (July 12) and the final itinerant concerts in Piazza della Madonna.
