Coppa Messapica 2025: the 65th edition

The 65th Coppa Messapica was held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, in Ceglie Messapica (BR), confirming its status as one of the most anticipated classics of the Apulian cycling calendar and valid for the Giro di Puglia Challenge circuit. The race, reserved for Elite and Under 23 categories, unfolded on the usual route that alternates a wide outer circuit through the hills of the Alto Salento with more technical laps in the Messapian historic center.

Nineteen teams were at the start. The victory was claimed by Andrea Cantoni (Mg K Vis Costruzioni e Ambiente), who finished ahead of his opponents after a display of strength and endurance on the continuous climbs and descents of the course. The edition, organized by the ASDC G.S.C. "Orazio Lorusso", attracted numerous fans along the streets of Ceglie Messapica.
