Convent Festival – Beata Vergine Maria Incoronata

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, Rodi Garganico renewed the ancient tradition of the last Saturday of April with the Convent Festival dedicated to the Beata Vergine Maria Incoronata. After the triduum of preparation at the sanctuary of Maria SS. della Libera, the statue of the Madonna was led in procession toward the Convento dello Spirito Santo dei Cappuccini.

At the convent church, the Holy Rosary and a solemn mass were held, followed at noon by the solemn blessing of the city, the fields, and the sea. The local community then spent the entire day outdoors, enjoying wholesome lunches and traditional Gargano folk music in an atmosphere of devotion and shared celebration.
