Edition 2025 — Sausage Festival

The 38th edition of the Contrada Serre Sausage Festival took place in Lanciano on August 9, 10, and 11, 2025, organized by the Associazione Culturale e Ricreativa Serre. Three days of grilled sausages, typical Abruzzo products, local wines, and live music enlivened the district in the heart of summer.

The 38th Contrada Serre Sausage Festival was held in Lanciano (Chieti province) on Friday, August 9, Saturday, August 10, and Sunday, August 11, 2025. As per tradition, the food stalls offered the famous grilled sausages along with many other typical local products and regional wines.

The three evenings were accompanied by live music: the Tequila & Montepulciano Band on Friday, a dance evening with the Liscio e Dintorni orchestra on Saturday, and Sara & Il Sogno Mediterraneo on Sunday. An edition that confirmed the success of one of the most characteristic festivals of the Abruzzo summer.
