Edition 2025 — Concorezzo Yellow Risotto Festival

The Festa del Büss 2025 animated the festival area of Villa Zoja park in Concorezzo with three days of festivities organized by ASD Pallavolo Concorezzo. On the menu: yellow risotto with ossobuco and Brianza culinary classics, from mixed fried food to mixed grill, with the bar always open.

In 2025, the Festa del Büss once again secured its place in the Concorezzo festival calendar, bringing the flavors of Lombard cuisine to Villa Zoja Park. The yellow risotto with ossobuco, lasagne, mixed fried food, polenta, and mixed grill attracted families and food lovers for three days of celebration.

Organized by ASD Pallavolo Concorezzo, the festival reaffirmed the connection between sport, volunteering, and conviviality that characterizes village festivals in Brianza, as part of the Concorezzo d'Estate program.
