Compitese Forest and Monte Pisano Festival

The third edition of the Compitese Forest and Monte Pisano Festival was held in Pieve and Sant'Andrea di Compito, hamlets of Capannori (Lucca), on the Sundays of June 15, 22, and 29, 2025, with over 80 events.

Each Sunday had a theme: June 15 was dedicated to Bruno Munari, featuring a concert by musician and producer Hugo Race on the Centro Culturale Compitese stage; June 22 focused on forest resources, with the mini-musical "Frozen, festa ad Arendelle"; June 29 was dedicated to comics and visual communication, with authors such as Riccardo Innocenti, Cristiano Soldatich, Marco Di Grazia, Umberto Sacchelli, BIGO, and Valerio Barchi.

The program included shows, public dialogues, experiential paths, children's workshops, trekking, music, book presentations, yoga, and ancient crafts, with food stands serving local products for lunch and dinner. All public events were free to attend.
