Edition 2025 — CLYF
In 2025, the Como Lake Yoga Festival once again brought three days of yoga, breath, and sound to Lake Como. Between Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, pranayama, and meditation classes, led by Italian and international teachers, live music, and convivial moments, the festival offered a weekend of regeneration in the setting of the Larian lake.
The 2025 edition of the Como Lake Yoga Festival confirmed the formula that links yoga and well-being to the charm of Lake Como. In multiple rooms, practices of different styles alternated — Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga — along with pranayama and meditation sessions, led by Italian and international teachers. The musical component, with DJ sets and live moments, and the convivial ceremony completed a weekend of regeneration under the motto 'Move. Breathe. Connect.'
