Edition 2025 — Chestnut Festival

In 2025, the Colmaggiore Chestnut Festival animated three October weekends in Tarzo, with chestnuts from the Tarzo hills cooked on a giant pan, soups and desserts, the Pro Loco gastronomic stand with grilled meats, polenta, wild boar, roe deer, and spit-roasted dishes, markets of typical products, and walks through chestnut groves.

The 2025 edition of the Colmaggiore Chestnut Festival confirmed its autumn tradition in Tarzo (Treviso), with three weekends dedicated to the chestnuts from the Colmaggiore hamlet and the surrounding hills. The Pro Loco Tarzo stand offered roasted chestnuts, soups, artisanal desserts, and seasonal specialties (grill, polenta, wild boar, roe deer, spit-roasted dishes), alongside markets of typical products, local wine tastings, walks through chestnut groves and along the Via dei Murales, and activities for children on Sunday afternoons.
