Edition 2025 — Colline in Musica

The 2025 edition of Colline in Musica, titled «Destini» (Destinies), opened and closed in Guarene. The inaugural concert at the Castle combined the music of César Franck, featuring violinist Kai Gleusteen and pianist Catherine Ordronneau, with a reading of Joyce's «The Dead» by actor Andrea Bosca. The festival concluded on Sunday, June 29th, at Palazzo Re Rebaudengo with the Delian Quartet.

2025 Edition - «Destini»

The 2025 edition of Colline in Musica, titled «Destini», traversed the Langhe, Roero, Monferrato, and Alta Langa regions with a rich program of concerts in churches, theaters, castles, and iconic landmarks of the Piedmontese landscape. As per tradition, Guarene hosted both the opening and the closing events.

The inaugural concert at the Castello di Guarene offered a refined dialogue between music and the spoken word: violinist Kai Gleusteen and pianist Catherine Ordronneau performed César Franck's Sonata in A Major, while actor Andrea Bosca gave voice to James Joyce's «The Dead».

The festival concluded on Sunday, June 29th, at Palazzo Re Rebaudengo with the Delian Quartet, who performed Mozart's String Quartet No. 19, K. 465, «Dissonance», and Shostakovich's Quartet No. 3, Op. 73. In 2025, all concerts remained free of charge.
